Francesco Puppo (Fran) is a product and UX design leader and currently the Head of UX Design at the EV smart charging platform GreenFlux, bringing over a decade of experience in leading international teams and designing complex B2B platform experiences.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Turin in Italy and spent 6 years working in 3D design before pivoting to digital product design. Early in his career at creative agency Spotzer, he progressed from web designer to Head of Design, managing a team of over 30 designers. He later worked as an independent consultant focusing on brand and editorial projects before fully dedicating his focus since 2016 to design leadership, scaling design systems, and streamlining collaborative workflows. He is currently based in Amsterdam and works remotely.
